These photos were selected from the 100's of thousands of Pima County Pictometry Oblique Photos to submit to the Pictometry Snapshot Showdown 2013 contest for the 2013 Pictometry calendar. These are the raw original photos provided by Pictometry without any editing or adjustments (except for a minor crop to The Boneyard photo).
Amazing view of a commercial airliner from the Pima County 2022 photo project. Notice the loss of sharpness behind the engines, the result of the jet wash - something else we don't see commonly see. While the plane appears to be very close to the ground, the plane was high enough that its shadow is outside of the photo area while other features in the photo show long shadows.
